Return Request Process
To initiate a return, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will require you to provide your order number and the reason for the return.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging. It must be in a saleable condition. The product that has been damaged or is missing parts will not be eligible for return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue you a refund. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
Special Offer Orders
We do not accept returns on special orders or custom products.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% on returns that are not the result of a defect or error on our part.
